Volunteer with the Parent Association
Different levels of PA involvement make it possible for busy parents and guardians to play a role in their child’s education. You can join a committee, take part in our fundraising outreach, or spend a morning helping at a bake sale. It all matters.

Fall Ball
This year’s theme is Enchanted Forest — spooky trees, trolls, cute mushrooms, and fairy nymphs. It’s going to be a fun, heartwarming, and productive fundraising event in support of our amazing enrichment programs.
We welcome any and all involvement! We’re currently looking for lead volunteers to help with food trucks, the scavenger hunt, yard decorations, the creepy bake-off, and a T-shirt design contest.
Our meetings are Tuesdays at 8:45am in the PA Room. The Zoom link is available as well.
Bee Fit
The PA is seeking volunteers to help plan activities, recruit participants, promote the fundraising, and oversee the fitness stations on the day of. Email ps19president@evcs.me to volunteer.
